Cancellations:: Reservation must be cancelled 15 days prior to the planned date of arrival to avoid any Retention Charges.
Reservations cancelled within 15 days to the planned date of arrival, full stay will be levied as Retention.

Early Check In Calculated on Base Fare (EP) of the Respective Room.
:: Check In before 4:00 am will be charged for one additional day
:: Check In between 4:00 am & 7:00 am will be charged 50 % of room rent
:: Check In between 7:00 am & 11:00 am will be charged 25% of room rent

Late Check Out Calculated on Base Fare (EP) of the Respective Room.
:: Check Out after 07:00 pm will be charged for one additional day.
:: Check Out between 12:00 noon & 07:00 pm will be charged 50% of room rent
Note: Any refund under any circumstances may take upto 45 working days to process, incase the booking is through a travel agent, refund will be processed into the travel agent's account only. No cash refunds whatsoever will be done at the hotel.
